Teaching
Prior to starting my Ph.D., I had the opportunity to deliver practical sessions during my third year of my Bachelor’s degree and my Master’s degree. It was a student job, and I was a Junior Teaching Assistant (JTA). A JTA is essentially a TA, but with fewer responsibilities. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the role so much that I often created extra educational content for students.
As of writing, I am a TA, employed by UCLouvain, and I am in charge of 4 courses a year, on average. When applicable, I publish the contents I create on GitHub, to make it reproducible, documented, and automatically tested leveraging the power of GitHub actions.
